Customer Service Policy

Omega sells NEW, UNOPENED product in the original manufacturers box. We do not remove anything from the box before shipping to you.

Occasionally, we do offer returned product or store demos at a reduced price but you will be offered such items at the time of sale. All Internet orders are for NEW product only.

Once your order has shipped we will Email you a receipt and the tracking number(s) for your shipment. Please feel free to call 800-604-9221 if you have any questions regarding your shipment or your bill. Please report any discrepancies in your bill or your order as soon as possible.

Omega respects your right to privacy. Your name and address, phone and fax numbers, Email address, credit card numbers and any other personal information is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or distribute any information to anyone for any reason.

We do our best to make sure you are happy with the Service and the Products you purchase from Omega. If we can do anything to make your Internet shopping experience better, please let us know by clicking on the "Customer Comments" link at the top of this page.

If you would rather place your order with a "Live Person" you can call our sales office at 800-604-9221 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm EST. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Our staff is available to answer questions about the product you purchased from us at 800-604-9221. We will help you locate the manufacturer phone number or Email address if you have a problem that we cannot solve. Sorry, we do not support products not purchased from us.

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is offered with the following conditions:

Before returning anything to Omega, you MUST RECEIVE an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number). The receiving department will refuse any package without an RMA Number. All RMA's will be sent via Email within 48 hours. Please be sure to follow the instructions carefully to avoid delays in processing the return.

Omega reserves the right to refer you to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. You will be contacted if the restocking fee exceeds 20%. Shipping is nonrefundable.

All items MUST be returned in a re-sellable condition. Any return that is not re-sellable will be sent back to you at your expense. All manuals and warranty cards must be unmarked.

All returns must be carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit. Returned items that are damaged or unable to be sold as new are subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee. Omega reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any damaged product.

Omega is not responsible for the shipping costs to return product to us. All refunds will be issued after the product has been returned and inspected. Omega cannot reimburse the cost of shipping the order to you.

Special Exceptions on 30-Day Money Back Guarantee:

Software Packages: Due to Copyright Laws all software is NONRETURNABLE. You will need to contact the software manufacturer for replacement of defective software.

Digital Cameras: Any Digital Camera sold by Omega is returnable within 5 DAYS from the day you receive it. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. After 5 days you must contact the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement at their discretion.

Hard Drives, Memory, Digital Film: Hard Drives and all memory product are NONRETURNABLE unless they are determined to be Dead on Arrival. All returned hard drives and memory product will be tested. If found to be without defect, your credit card will not be refunded and product will be returned to you at your expense.
