Omega
sells NEW, UNOPENED product in the original manufacturers
box. We do not remove anything from the box before shipping
to you.
Occasionally,
we do offer returned product or store demos at a reduced price
but you will be offered such items at the time of sale. All
Internet orders are for NEW product only.
Once
your order has shipped we will Email you a receipt and the
tracking number(s) for your shipment. Please feel free to
call 800-604-9221 if you have any questions regarding
your shipment or your bill. Please report any discrepancies
in your bill or your order as soon as possible.
Omega
respects your right to privacy. Your name and address, phone
and fax numbers, Email address, credit card numbers and any
other personal information is kept strictly confidential.
We do not sell or distribute any information to anyone for
any reason.
We
do our best to make sure you are happy with the Service and
the Products you purchase from Omega. If we can do anything
to make your Internet shopping experience better, please let
us know by clicking on the "Customer Comments" link
at the top of this page.

you can call our sales office at 800-604-9221 Monday
through Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm EST.
We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Our
staff is available to answer questions about the product you
purchased from us at 800-604-9221. We will help you
locate the manufacturer phone number or Email address if you
have a problem that we cannot solve. Sorry, we do not support
products not purchased from us.
We
